Celestia Satellite Test & Simulation BV (C-STS) provides innovative high‐tech solutions to the international space community to support spacecraft development, Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) as well as post launch and operational services.
Our core activities include the design, development and delivery of complex electronics-based products:
- EGSE – electrical ground support equipment used to simulate and test satellite sub-system interfaces
- TT&C – telemetry, tracking & command equipment used to communicate with satellites in space
- Optical Digital Converters – a sub-system of optical ground stations enabling data retrieval from satellite sent to ground via laser communication means
What will your job look like?
With increasing commitments and anticipated growth, we are hiring engineers across several disciplines at both our offices in Europe. This specific role is for a Test Engineer to join our team based in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
We are looking for a Test Engineer to strengthen our existing team who are responsible for the integration and testing of our products.
Our new colleague will perform testing at Module (PCB), Sub-assembly, Unit and System Level, based on existing procedures and perform system integration, including configuration control of the item under test. You will also be responsible for preparing and validating automated test scripts, (Python-based), and preparing the corresponding test procedures.
You will also:
- Support hardware/system (pre- and post-delivery) level failure investigations
- Support the definition of new test set-ups/environments for existing and new products
- Document test environments and test results (reporting)
For a practical and motivated individual, this position will offer an exciting challenge where you can contribute directly to the growth of this quality-driven, dynamic organization.
So if you have hands‐on experience with “standard” Electronic Test & Measurement Equipment, such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generators and you pay attention to details, this role will be of interest to you.
With these skills you probably have an Electronics education (Analogue/Digital).
